Who We Are
Tuzin Renovations was founded on a simple belief: homeowners deserve a contractor who treats their home like their own. Too many renovation projects go sideways because of poor communication, hidden costs, and crews who disappear mid-job.
We built this company to be different. Every project has a single point of contact. Every quote is line-item detailed. Every crew member is vetted, trained, and accountable to the same standard we'd hold ourselves to.
Over 30 years and 1,200+ completed projects later, that commitment hasn't changed. We work primarily in the Denver Metro Area and take on a limited number of projects at a time — because quality requires attention, and attention requires limits.

For more than 30 years, I've been taking houses apart down to the studs and putting them back together better than before — first as full renovation-and-resale projects, and now for homeowners like you who want that same level of care applied to the home you actually live in.
When you flip a house, there's no room for shortcuts — every kitchen, bathroom, roofline, and foundation has to hold up to scrutiny before it ever goes on the market. That's the standard I still build to. My crew handles framing, stucco and stone, hardwoods, painting, and landscaping, so your project moves as one coordinated job instead of a string of separate contractors.
The single biggest difference between a renovation that goes smoothly and one that doesn't almost always comes down to planning done before the first wall comes down. That's why I stay involved from the first conversation to the final walkthrough — because your home deserves that kind of attention.
